BARTENDER

We’re looking for experienced, high-energy bartenders to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greeting guests, guiding guests through the food and beverage menu, and maintaining a clean and safe bar area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. 

  • Utilize knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make suggestions based on guests likes, dislikes, and dietary preferences.

  • Prepare and pour cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages.

  • Monitor and assist with the delivery of guest beverage and food orders. 

  • Maintain bar cleanliness by bussing and washing glassware, dishes, and cutlery. 

  • Prepare final guest checks in a timely manner and ensure timely and accurate input of orders in the point-of-sale system.  

  • Complete assigned opening and closing duties. 

  • Ensure the bar, refrigerators, storage and walk-ins are organized, fully equipped, and working properly. 

  • Prepare pre-mixes and garnishes and monitor draught beer lines and soda dispensers, changing kegs and syrups as needed. 

  • Maintain glassware and liquor bottles in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation.

  • Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol sales in accordance with state law. 

  • Follow all safe food and alcohol handling procedures in accordance with state law.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3+ years of bartending experience.

  • Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with all restaurant staff.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Applicants must meet the legal requirements for employment in the United States.
