
HOST/HOSTESS
We’re looking for experienced, friendly hosts/hostesses to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing and executing reservations, managing waitlists, escorting guests to assigned dining areas, and managing online/to-go orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage guests in a welcoming, positive manner.

Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner and respond appropriately to all inquiries, including booking daily reservations.

Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists to handle guest needs and accurately quote wait times.

Actively monitor restaurant activity to determine dining flow and seating strategy.

Assist servers in daily prep work for setup, service, and breakdown of the server station and dining room floor.

Work with the kitchen team to ensure that online/to-go orders are completed and passed off to drivers and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, organization, and payment.

Complete any assigned opening and closing duties to set your team up for success.

Stock, clean, and organize the guest service stand.

Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferable to have 1 year of customer service experience.

Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.

Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with all restaurant staff.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
