
SERVER
We’re looking for experienced, high-energy servers to join our team. Servers will be responsible for greeting guests, guiding guests through the food and beverage menu, and maintaining a clean and safe dining room.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.

Utilize knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make suggestions based on guests likes, dislikes, and dietary preferences.

Ensure timely and accurate input of orders into the point-of-sale system.

Monitor and assist with the delivery of guest beverage and food orders.

Maintain the cleanliness of your section by bussing tables of glassware, dishes, and cutlery. Help your fellow associates do the same.

Prepare final guest checks in a timely manner and ensure timely and accurate input of orders into the point-of-sale system.

Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.

Complete assigned opening and closing duties to set your team up for success.

Stock, clean, and organize service stations and sections.

Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol sales in accordance with all laws.

Follow all safe food and alcohol handling procedures in accordance with state laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferable 1-3+ years of customer service experience.

Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.

Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with all restaurant staff.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Applicants must meet the legal requirements for employment in the United States.
COMPENSATION:

$17.25 - $20.00/hr + tips
