
DISHWASHER
We’re looking for experienced dishwashers to join our kitchen team. Dishwashers will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dishwashing, kitchen and dining environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, smallware and other equipment.

Monitor the dish machine to ensure wash and rinse cycles do not fall below standard safety temperatures and change dishwater as needed.

Ensure the temperatures and ppm levels of sanitizers in the dish machine and sinks always comply with health code.

Organize clean dishes, cutlery, and cooking equipment in their designated areas.

Stock all supplies, dishes, equipment, tools and utensils in their designated areas on the kitchen line.

Clean all kitchen areas including floors, walk-ins, sinks and other food prep surfaces.

Assist in unloading deliveries and supplies and transferring food products and supplies throughout the restaurant.

Support the kitchen team as needed.

Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning and organizing the dish area.

Comply with all required food handling and workplace safety procedures.

Follow all instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds. Report dishwasher and equipment problems and maintenance issues to leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.

Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a high-volume environment with all restaurant staff.

Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
