
LINE COOK
We’re looking for experienced line cooks to join our kitchen team. Line cooks will be responsible for station prep, setup, service and breakdown while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prep all ingredients and food products to fulfill prep lists and recipe standards.

Utilize various prep and cooking methods to ensure the quick and precise creation of our menu items in accordance with recipes.

Communicate and coordinate with other workstations to deliver food in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.

Clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, cooler drawers, ovens, prep and dry storage areas.

Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and organizing line stations.

Comply with all required food handling and workplace safety procedures.

Follow all instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds.

Report equipment problems and maintenance issues immediately to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3+ years culinary experience.

Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.

Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a high-volume environment with all restaurant staff.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Applicants must meet the legal requirements for employment in the United States.
COMPENSATION:

$22 to $25 per hour
